EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Lau’s
experience includes all phases of architecture and code interpretation,
including the California Building Code, ADA/Title 24 compliance for
universal accessibility and fire/life safety requirements. In addition to
lending previous knowledge and experience with public work State K-12
projects, Mr. Lau’s primary focus with the firm has been private university
and commercial/retail project development. Mr. Lau is well versed in all
stages of project development and equally balances design, analytical and
technical project tasks.
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY:
Mr. Lau serves as project Architect
on a number of projects within the firm and is responsible for client
relations, quality control, project design and development and project
management during construction. Mr. Lau’s internal tasks include staff
development and education as well as assistance with project marketing.
