Approximately 7,600 square feet of space of the labs at the Loker Hydrocarbon Institute were remodeled in planned phases. Of particular note, HVAC and exhaust infrastructure was replaced with a new, more efficient digitally-controlled Variable Air Volume (VAV) system.
