EXPERIENCE:  Michael Shea has over thirty-five years of diverse planning, architecture and interior design experience.  He brings a strong design and management background to the practice, and is exceptional at integrating building system requirements into a project.  His understanding of construction techniques and applications is exemplary and has been responsible for a diverse range of master plans, streetscape designs, feasibility studies and architectural designs for municipalities as well as the private sector.  Many of these projects include citizen participation and processing through public agencies. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY: Mr. Shea is currently focusing on business development as well as creating a new design team focused on sustainability and planning. In addition he manages projects, assists with technical review of construction documents and specifications, cost estimating, project scheduling and quality control.
