Project Description: This project included a 3-story addition to match the original architecture, complete renovation of the existing interior and restoration ofthe existing exterior.  The work completed included reconfiguration of existing spaces, replacement of allinterior finishes, a new elevator, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical systems.  Completedsquare footage =25,500.
