Project Description: The project consists of multiple phases to be completed over a ten year period.  Phase one consisted of design and construction of theentrance loop and underground infrastructure. Phase two included remodeling of the existing high school Buildings and construction of a new two story classroom building.  The third phase is the planning, design andconstruction of the new high school, maintenance facility and play fields.  The high school will have state of the Art Technology classrooms for advanced levels of learning.  Phase four will include major site improvements with theaddition of baseball fields, landscaping throughout the site and reconfiguration of the lake.  Phase five will consistof tenant improvements of the old high school into a middle school as the high school students move to their newfacility. Future phases include the construction of a new administration building, amphitheater, and athletic facilities.
