Anderson Hall was originally built in 1955, and was in need of significant renovation work. This extensive project gave new life to the building's interior and exterior. On the interior, an HVAC system was installed along with upgraded electrical and fire safety systems, and all of the living spaces, bathrooms, and lobby were fully remodeled with new finishes. The interior also received accessibility updates on the ground floor and in specific dorm rooms. On the exterior, new wall panels, windows, and roofing was installed to modern the building, and site improvements were implemented which included a new walkway entrance, a plaza on the south side, an expanded and improved main patio on the north side, and improved lighting and landscaping for the adjoining parking lot.
