Project Description: The California-Founders Hall Renovation involved the removal of unreinforced clay brick walls on the exterior and a seismic upgrade to reduce the risk of collapse during seismic activity. This building also received new building systems including a four pipe HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and telephone data. Due to the limited time frame, approximately five months, the building was completed as a design/build project.

Completion Date: 2006

Owner: University of Redlands

Contractor: Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc.
