The renovation of California-Founders Hall was a design-build project completed in only five months. The main focus of the project was the removal of the original unreinforced clay brick walls on the exterior, which were replaced with exterior walls protected from seismic activity. New building systems were installed as well, including a four-pipe HVAC and improved electrical, plumbing, telephone, and data systems.
