The renovation of the Carnegie Library, a 25,000-square-foot historic building, was a Design-Build project that involved the reconfiguration of existing spaces, replacement of all interior finishes, a new elevator, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. A 3-story addition matching the original architecture was also constructed, and the existing exterior underwent a thorough historic restoration.
