The Gregor Residence project involved a renovation to an existing 5,200-square-foot residence, and an addition that could be used as an apartment suite or entertainment space. The addition included a complete separate living area and featured a full kitchen, bedroom, living room, and storage area. Exterior decorative wood railing and accents around the property were updated with new stone and wrought iron fixtures, enhancing the exterior finish.
