This residence in Los Alamitos called for the remodeling and addition to the existing 1950's ranch style house to create a more spacious interior. The exterior was also remodeled to adopt a French Provincial style. To maximize use of funds, most of the original structure was left in place with new structures added adjacent to and above the existing walls and roof.
