The McClintock Theatre renovation called for converting the existing campus central computing server hub into a black box theatre for movement arts performances. To achieve this, the interior of the building was gutted, spaces were reconfigured to create the theater, as well as additional instructional and study spaces. New finishes were installed throughout the building, and new lighting and sound equipment were installed in the theater space. The renovation also included a complete upgrade of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
