The focus of the design for the Monte Vista Water District office was a remodel of the front entryway and lobby. As part of the project, a new elevator was installed to allow for ADA accessibility of the second floor, as well as modifications to the lobby and customer service counters for improved accessibility. Glass windows in the lobby area were given a security glazing, to enhance the safety of the space and its occupants.
