The BRB Arch team was contracted to develop part of the Ray residence property with the goal of adding a guest house. Included in the design were new plans for an updated bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen and dining area. The exterior of the building was made to reflect the style of the adjacent main house located on the property as well as provide access to the pool area.
