Reeder Citrus Ranch is the last remaining citrus ranch in the City of Montclair, and has been in operation since the 1880's. This renovation and master planning project seeks to create an environment that can enhance visitors' knowledge and appreciation for the citrus industry that made the Inland Empire famous. Steps in this project will provide for the restoration, rehabilitation, and structural retrofit of the original Reeder Residence. Additionally, new visitor facilities will be added, which will include a visitor center, restrooms, learning and workshop spaces, a market stand, and a working demonstration garden.
