OWNER: Rimrock Water Co., LLC

Preliminary designs for the new Rimrock Bottling Plant included new construction as well as expansion of existing facilities, with the goal of doubling the bottling capacity of the plant. The designs included expanding storage facilities, optimizing logistics capabilities, and adding new offices and meeting rooms to enable the plant to serve as the new company headquarters. The facility was designed with a Southwestern resort style in mind, to enhance the company image during client and visitor tours of the plant.
