The United Food Clerk Workers Local 324 center was built by demolitioning the existing auditorium and replacing it with a new 22,000-square-foot event center. The center includes a multi-purpose hall with a stage, a main hall, conference room, and kitchen designed for catering and convention services. Part of the existing facilities were designed to include a new ATM and fitness center. The design for the center met the needs of the UFCW and enabled use of the facilities by the community for events and conferences.
