Originally built as a Claremont Village Cottage in 1908 as a multi-tenant residential space, the Woodcock Residence was updated in three separate phases. Phase 1 involved remodeling the yard space and adding a therapy lap pool. During Phase 2, a new building was added at the rear of the site for use as a garage or art studio. In Phase 3, the house itself was remodeled, and an addition was built onto it as well, creating more interior space for the residents.
